FedTalks
Full Scope Event Design

For FedTalks, the goal was to create an immersive event experience that felt cohesive across every attendee touchpoint. I developed a flexible visual system that extended from the initial registration landing page, email invitations, and social media promotion to the on-site event materials like badges, programs, tabletop signage, directional signage, door clings, stair graphics, and even a branded ice cream cart.

Because each format lived in a completely different physical and digital environment, the challenge was designing a system that could adapt seamlessly while still feeling unified. Every element needed to work independently while contributing to a larger visual narrative.

One of the most unique aspects of the project was designing the stair graphics—my first time working with an architectural surface at that scale. Rather than treating the stairs as a decorative afterthought, I approached them as a narrative surface that guided movement through the space. This required careful attention to scale, readability from multiple angles, and how people would actually experience the design in motion.

The result was a fully integrated event identity that carried the FedTalks experience from first interaction to physical environment.
